Help with logging-in to Members only pages

Firstly, make sure you login using the email address you have given to the WC&PR Group.

You should have been given a password by the Membership Secretary. If not, please contact us here.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on reset password on the login panel, enter your email address when prompted, and the system should immediately email you a new password.

You may change your password at any time from the log-in box on the main Members page. You also need to go to the log-in box to log-out. (Logging-in is controlled via the Serif.com website.)

If you enter your login details correctly, you should then be taken to a Members Only contents page. The way this happens will depend on your computer set-up. e.g. which web browser you use. Most people use Microsoft’s Internet Explorer which comes in various versions - IE6, IE7, IE8 or the latest version Explorer 9. Other popular browsers include Google Chrome and Firefox.

• With Internet Explorer, a separate window or tab may appear.
• With Chrome or Firefox, you will need to click where it says “Once logged in click here if you have not been taken to a new Members page”.

It’s always a good idea to keep your system up-to-date. You can download the latest browser via one of the links above.

Cookies: Your browser needs to be set to accept cookies.

It’s also recommended to keep your Adobe Reader software up-to-date. This is used to view Newsletters etc. Click on this button to download the latest version:
