Welcome

 

We are a local footpaths group based in the Gordano Valley area of North Somerset. We cater for all abilities with walks varying from ambles of about 4 miles up to more strenuous walks of about 12 miles.

 

• Regular walks: Usually on the first Sunday in every month. These walks are sometimes extended to include part of the evening, enabling us to explore further afield.
• Midweek walks: These vary as to days, start times and areas.
• Evening walks: Held in the summer months, these are usually local and reasonably short.
• Shorter walks: These may be suitable for those whose walking abilities are more restrained.
• Walking/social holidays: These are carefully selected to be in good walking areas.
• Social activities: Group social events are organised, including an annual evening repast.
